‘Mass Media Business’ – Why I Need a Media Business

The consolidation of media has taken place in the entertainment and media industries as well, where smaller independent media companies are being sold off and replaced by larger entities that own and operate all the television, radio, and digital content available to the public.

While the consolidation of the media has been going on for decades, the media consolidation is accelerating.

The biggest players in the industry are now owned by large conglomerates and conglomerates are now also the dominant players in mass media, with the rest of the industry largely fragmented.
